Congratulations to Hung. It actually had its first tricky opening. Originally when Ray drove up to the damsel in distress, I thought it was for real and it never came to mind that the lady was a client. Hung is really starting to come together since the last episode and “The Pickle Jar” was an episode that was very nice to watch and seemed to give the show a possible direction for the season. With this episode, Hung is finally starting to feel like a show where I can get into the characters.

So this third episode wasn’t so bad and I think it’s because it cut out all the sex stuff and we actually got some real dialogue here. Tanya and Ray definitely benefited the most from this episode and this episode looks like the start to what could be some pretty good episodes coming up.

So we’re now into the second episode of Hung and I have to say that I can see this show continuing for seasons to come, but I simply can’t get into it the way that I can with Dexter or Weeds. There’s no connection with any of the characters at all and I somewhat find everyone of them annoying in some way.

There are some shows that are very hard to write a review for because the complex story makes it hard to explain what’s going on or because the show is complex that it’s hard to dissect what you liked and what you don’t like.
