PSYCH is one of those shows that draws in fans from a lot of genres of entertainment and one of those happens to be comic book fans. PSYCH has actually dabbled in the past with comic books and comic book characters so "The Amazing Psych Man & Tap-Man, Issue #2" wasn't that big of a leap from the usual stuff the show puts together. But you didn't have to be a comic book fan to have enjoyed this episode.

"The Thing You Love Most" felt like a very good continuation to what happened in the pilot episode. It really felt like the second hour of what could have been a two-hour pilot. The pacing wasn't really to my liking, however.
With so many characters to cover, Once Upon a Time is in a bit of a tough spot. It's an enormous thing to take on but it felt like a good idea to start with the Evil ... Read More

Following the highly emotional episode that preceded this one, Chuck really took things in a different direction. Chuck (Zachary Levi), Casey (Adam Baldwin), and Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) were all feeling uncomfortable at home. It wasn't hard not to feel for them, frankly. The constant talk about the eventual wedding was overboard. The gang practically begged General Diane Beckman (Bonita Friedericy) for a mission. Thankfully, there was something for them to do.
Roan Montgomery (John Larroquette) is quite the ... Read More

After one of the only disappointing episodes of the season thus far, Chuck rebounded with one of the best episodes of television that I’ve ever seen. Everything seemed to come to a head with this. We had several stories all coming together that led to a beautiful ending.
I honestly thought the Alexi Volkoff (Timothy Dalton) plot was going to take considerably longer to wrap up. I don’t think they’re really done, but for the time being, I have to ... Read More

This was the episode I was sort of regretting watching. We all knew at some point that Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) was going to have to prove herself to Alexi Volkoff (Timothy Dalton). Alexi is no fool. He knows he can’t just let some so-called rogue CIA agent into his network of thugs and assassins and be trusted.
Having her break out one of Alexi’s most trusted security guards was fairly entertaining. Watching Chuck (Zachary Levi) and Casey (Adam ... Read More

PSYCH was in a tough spot this week. After they made what I would consider the best episode thus far, it was going to be nearly impossible to match it. However, anything is possible when it comes to a Halloween episode. Past Halloween episodes have certainly had their moments. Instead of going with classic film homages, PSYCH went for a more contemporary approach, drawing upon the ridiculous vampire popularity in today’s pop culture.
Shawn (James Roday) and Gus’ (Dule ... Read More

I didn’t get around to writing a review of last week’s episode, but I couldn’t resist talking about tonight’s all-new episode featuring one of the craziest twists Survivor has ever seen and let’s face it: Survivor has had its fair share of surprises.
Before we talk about the wild twists that took place later in the episode, let’s talk about Coach for a minute. This guy continues to amaze me. I’m blown away by the fact that no one has tried ... Read More

Being a huge fan of ABC's Lost, I was definitely going to tune into see how Once Upon a Time turned out. The series is by some of the same creative minds behind Lost, namely Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis.
The two are very different shows, but there is plenty of fantasy to go around in both. In "Once Upon a Time", the producers try to put their own spin on classic fairy tales/fables we are all accustomed to reading about. ... Read More

This week, Finch's (Michael Emerson) secret machine spat out the social security number of a judge. It was pretty clear that this was going to be a fairly straightforward kidnap and ransom case, but there were still a few mysteries to solve along the way to keep things interesting.
There was nothing particularly remarkable about the first half of the episode. Everything went along pretty much how you expected. The big mystery came when Finch and Reese (Jim Caviezel) had ... Read More

I am usually pretty late to watching movies. I seem to always be a few years behind in watching the blockbuster films, instead opting to watch television shows. It was just a few months ago that I watched The Hangover, a film which clearly inspired this episode of PSYCH.
I thought the crew did a terrific crew of paying homage to The Hangover. There are a lot of similarities between the film and this episode. I actually thought the ... Read More
