Shawn and Gus arrived at one of their old Catholic schools after hearing of a student who apparently committed suicide. The attitude of the two men was completely different. Gus was eager while Shawn was clearly disappointed. Gus promised the female students would be in traditional Catholic girl uniforms and that didn’t turn out to be true at all. Shawn’s constant complaining was hysterical.
This was an episode I was looking forward to seeing after viewing the tease. It had Ray Wise as Father Westley. Yeah, he was a priest in this episode. This is quite an ironic switch in roles from his awesome role as the Devil in Reaper.

Father Westley was of the opinion that the girl who died (Agatha) was possessed by a demon. However, the headmaster Father Bard was quick to dismiss this idea. They are of two very different generations and Father Bard doesn’t believe in the idea of someone being possessed.
The entire episode was loaded with humor. It never really let up as Shawn and Gus find Agatha’s best friend Lucy seemingly possessed herself. She was doing some crazy spider walking, speaking in German, making a floor lamp fall down. It all looked impressive at first glance, but as Shawn would find out, it was all an act. An impressive act at that, mind you.
Some of the previously unmentioned highlights of this episode included Henry Spencer’s recent addiction to video games and Shawn Spencer’s confessional scene. The latter scene may have been brief, but I’m glad it made the final cut. It would have been a shame to leave that out.
