It finally came time for Andi to learn the truth about Sam’s secret life… living life as a reaper. Thankfully, the revelation did generate an honest response from Andi. I’ve been a little disappointed by some of the reactions to certain events that some of the characters have experienced.

Sam, Sock, and Ben went on another soul hunt. They tried to capture a guy who ran his own sperm bank and used his own sperm. The big trick to this guy is that he could regenerate himself. Sam lopped off the guy’s hand one time and he ended up growing back.

Missy Peregrym as Andi

In order to tell Andi the secret about Sam’s other job, Sam had to make a deal with The Devil. I’m not so sure I could have dont that, but Sam was clearly in a tough spot after Andi saw Sam lop off the soul’s head and threatened to go to the police.

I like the Tony character now that he’s on his own. He and Steve argued quite a bit, but he seems a lot calmer now that Steve is dead. Tony’s become a good friend to Sam, offering to look into the contract that The Devil had his father sign.

I have mixed feelings about the subplot involving Ben. While I really enjoyed his finding the possible woman of his dreams, I don’t enjoy the green card marriage he has entered into. His new wife is an idiot.

Despite being shocked and afraid of Sam, Andi wasn’t willing to give up on a relationship with Sam. I’m still uncomfortable with Sam dating Andi while being separated from Cady. It’s not clear what or when Cady will be back, though. I don’t know what the writers are going to do here.
