Wipeout — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Human cannonballs! Human pinballs! Crashes, smashes and mud splashes! Wipeout features the world’s largest obstacle course, designed to provide the most crashes, face plants and wipeouts ever seen on television. Viewers will laugh out loud at this hilarious, fun-filled hour. Hosted by John Anderson (ESPN’s SportsCenter), John Henson (Talk Soup) and co-hosted by Jill Wagner. Each week 24 new contestants of all ages, shapes and sizes will go head to head through four rounds of grueling and physically demanding obstacles to battle for the title of “Wipeout Champion” and the grand prize of $50,000. Not only do the contestants change every week, so does the course. In the end, only one contestant will win, while everyone else will Wipeout!

The Secret Life of the American Teenager: “Caught” — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. Amy can’t stand Ben’s clingy behavior, especially in the face of her parents’ increasingly strained relations with one another. Elsewhere, Ricky continues to play a part in Grace and Jack’s ploy to see each another, but as things backfire, Jack seeks comfort from Adrian.
Celebrity Family Feud — 8:00pm ET/PT on NBC. This week, four celebrity casts match wits to raise money for their respective charities. The Kardashian family (playing for The Dream Foundation) vs. Deion and Pilar Sanders family (playing for Sanders Claus). In game two, Tiki Barbers family (playing for The Fresh Air Fund) vs. Ed McMahons family (playing for The Horatio Alger Association) . The two winning families from each respective game will compete against each other in the final round where one team will compete in the “fast money” round to win up to $50,000 for their charity.
The First 48: “Blackout” — 8:00pm ET/PT on A&E. In Dallas, Det. Robert Arredondo and his team investigate the murder of a 22-year-old man tied up and shot along with two of his friends during a robbery. Armed with only the street names of his two suspects, Arredondo must identify them and track them down in a manhunt that takes them across the country.
Kitchen Nightmares: “Lela’s” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — Chef Gordon Ramsay visits Pomona, CA, to try to rev up business for Lela’s, an upscale restaurant in desperate need of clientele. When Gordon gets in the kitchen and starts criticizing the menu items, the executive chef is less than thrilled and they have a showdown in front of the entire staff. Find out if the changes stick and if Lela stands for this type of behavior in her restaurant.
NCIS: “Brothers In Arms” — 8:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — Director Shepard takes a huge risk and agrees to meet an informant alone, but the meeting goes bad and her contact is killed. Gibbs and the NCIS team attempt to gather the information the man was going to supply or risk losing their nemesis once again.
Beauty and the Geek: “Viva Mexico!” — 8:00pm ET/PT on The CW. Repeat — The Beauties and Geeks travel across the border. One Geek emerges from his shell while another is pushed to the limit with his partner. In their challenges, two Beauties go head-to-head in a memory face-off, while their partners fight for immunity in a Geek dance-off. A new twist turns the game upside down.
Good Eats with Alton Brown: “Give Peas a Chance” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — AB is called to a normal, suburban house one night to “treat” a boy who, having been told that he can’t leave the table until he eats his peas, hasn’t left the table for a very long time.
Good Eats with Alton Brown: “If It Ain’t Broccoli, Don’t Fix It” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — It may be the bane of children and presidents but broccoli is a nutritional superfood. Join host Alton Brown as he transforms broccoli from limp and bitter to crisp and delicious.
The First 48: “Bail Out/Seeing Red” — 9:00pm ET/PT on A&E. In Dallas, Detectives Scott Sayers and Ken Penrod are investigating a home invasion that left a young man dead. Is their suspect just a young suburban mom, or a criminal mastermind? And in Cincinnati, a brutal stabbing ends the life of a hard-working grandfather. After interviewing a series of family members, Det. Jenny Luke finds out that her suspect may be closer than she initially thought.
Deadliest Catch: “The Final Hour” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel. Season Finale — The captains race to catch the last of their remaining quotas, battling ice and equipment issues. Time Bandit’s Scottie makes a near fatal mistake working the hydraulic system. An ominous message comes across the radio as the men head for home ports.
I Survived a Japanese Game Show — 9:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Guiding these players through their stay in Japan are host/tour guide Tony Sano (Spring Break in Japan, Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight), an American actor fluent in Japanese; a house mother and resident pot-stirrer, Mamasan; and witty game show host Rome Kanda (Pink Panther, Saturday Night Live), who leads the American contestants through all of the zany games.
America’s Got Talent — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC.
Big Brother 10 — 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS.
Throwdown with Bobby Flay: “Chile Rellenos” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Their specialty is the Chile Relleno: a stuffed and fried Poblano Pepper, served with a mouth-watering tomato sauce. Jaime and Ramiro think the Food Network is in town for a series on family food traditions from around the world. Little do they know that their lesson on home cooking is just a cooked up disguise for a Throwdown with Bobby Flay! Will their renowned, authentic Chile Relleno recipe be bold enough to beat Bobby’s alternative take on tradition? Watch and find out!
House: “Games” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — When Cuddy puts the pressure on House to choose the final members of his team, House deliberately assigns the candidates to a particularly challenging case an uncooperative, over-the-hill former punk rock star with a history of drug abuse and civil disobedience. House informs the candidates their potential future depends on correctly diagnosing the patient. As the candidates race to find out if the patient is ailing due to drug abuse, an underlying disease or an unknown condition, House keeps a running tally of their efforts, making a few arbitrary point deductions along the way. Meanwhile, Wilson informs a former patient whom he had previously diagnosed with terminal cancer that he is going to live, and the news throws a wrench in the man’s carpe-diem lifestyle.
Reaper: “Acid Queen” — 9:00pm ET/PT on The CW. Repeat — Sam (Bret Harrison) tells Sock (Tyler Labine) and Ben (Rick Gonzalez) they can’t be friends with Steve (guest star Michael Ian Black) and Tony (guest star Ken Marino) anymore, which leaves Sock depressed because he has become so used to having Steve and Tony take care of him. The escaped soul is a woman (guest star Emmanuelle Vaugier, “Smallville”) who is threatened by beautiful girls and has come back to kill all the women she feels are more beautiful than she is. Sam panics when he finds out the soul’s next victim is Andi (Missy Peregrym) and races to save her.
Rescue Me: “Minisode #4: Juiced” — 10:00pm ET/PT on FX. An old friend joins the guys in a conversation about steroid usage.
Deadliest Catch: “Behind the Scenes Season 4″ — 10:00pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel. Go behind the scenes with the production crew for Deadliest Catch as they prepare the boats — and themselves — for a new fishing season. And this year, a particularly harsh winter storm season will make every difficult task that much more dangerous.
Primetime: “Family Secrets” — 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC.
The Cleaner: “Rag Dolls” — 10:00pm ET/PT on A&E. The mother of a teenage surfer girl comes to William about her daughter, who exhibits signs of a drug habit–except her drug tests keep coming up clean. William, driven to investigate, discovers that the girl and her friend are drug mules, transporting heroin over the U.S.–Mexico border. When part of their load goes missing, William races to grab the girls before an angry drug dealer does. He realizes that the missing bag of heroin is still inside his target–making her body a ticking time bomb.
Without a Trace: “Run” — 10:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — When a woman disappears in the aftermath of an office shooting, the team discovers a secret which may have caused her to go on the run.
Law and Order: Special Victims Unit: “Undercover” — 10:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — When Ashley Tyler (guest star Shareeka Epps) is found raped and beaten in a local community garden, Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) initially suspect her drug-dealing uncle, Rick Tyler (guest star Hassan Johnson). After the rape kit identifying the rapist goes missing, a crooked prison guard comes under suspicion. Detective Benson puts herself in great danger as she goes undercover as a prison inmate to catch the predator.
Ace of Cakes: “World’s Largest Cupcake” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Duff and Geof create the World’s Largest Cupcake for a charity bake sale in Minnesota. Mary Smith creates a Roulette Wheel cake for a Baltimore charity’s “Casino Night.” And the decorators create a cake that’s a replica of the Charm City bakery.
Ace of Cakes: “Skate, Rattle and Roll” — 10:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Cakes this week include a giant roller skate for a roller derby all-star game in Baltimore, a Corvette that Geof makes after test driving a real one and a manatee family.
