Ghost Voyage — 7:00pm ET/PT on SciFi Channel. A collection of sinners have died and they end up on a ghostly ship instead of going to hell and they discover that the vessel presents them with an opportunity at redemption so they must find a way before they suffer from an eternity in hell. Cops: “Coast to Coast (CP-2029)” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. A deputy with the Martin County, FL, Sheriff’s Office is on patrol in a flea market that is accustomed to shady characters. Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department stop a suspicious driver in what turns out to be anything but a routine traffic stop. Also featured are officers from the Palm Beach County, FL, Sheriff’s Office who pull over a car with a driver who’s high.
The Unit: “Outsiders” — 8:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — While Brown and Williams are on their mission in New Guinea, Mack discovers that Crystal is feeding information to a snooping reporter and tries to put an end to it, on a rebroadcast of THE UNIT, on a special night and time.
My Name Is Earl: “The Frank Factor” — 8:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — Earl (Jason Lee) is visited by Joy (Jaime Pressly) and is surprised that another prisoner also in visitation happens to be someone both Joy and Earl know. Frank (Michael Rapaport), an old friend of Earl and an old coworker of Joy, describes how he ended up in prison. The story takes place right before Joy and Earl met, and helps explain how many of them grew to become a part of each other’s life.

A billionaire invites a team of scientists to explore his island amusement park featuring real life dinosaurs that he created using ancient DNA from mosquitoes as the attractions; the trip turns deadly when a storm damages the security fences. Cops: “Stupid Criminals #4 Special Edition (CP-2019)” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — When Sergeant Jason Hapner of the Indio, CA, Police Department spots a vehicle listed on the hot sheet as stolen, the driver attempts to evade the sergeant in the vehicle as well as on foot. Also featured is Officer Justin Gauker of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department who notices a vehicle stopped in an alley with passengers and no license plate and finds more than just mischief.
My Name Is Earl: “Frank’s Girl” — 8:30pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — It is conjugal visiting day at the Camden prison. Since Earl (Jason Lee) has no one to visit him, Frank (Michael Rapaport) asks if he will explain to his girlfriend why he cannot be there. Franks girlfriend breaks up with Frank because of Earl, and Earl feels it is his job to get her back. Meanwhile, Joy (Jaime Pressly) gets herself into a messy situation with Catalina (Nadine Velazquez).

America’s Most Wanted: “Episode 2138″ — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. This crime-fighting program focuses on capturing fugitives, protecting victims and empowering citizens within the criminal justice system. The series also takes an in-depth look at laws that harm victims, champions the cause of lawmakers fighting to protect victims’ rights and presents news of recent captures, convictions and missing children cases.
Holmes on Homes: “Frozen Assets” — 9:00pm ET/PT on TLC. A new home development that was built with faulty designs caused the front porch to collapse and created problems with the plumbing and heating as Mike discovers that the builders attempted to make things safe but made numerous, obvious mistakes.
Robin Hood: “Walkabout” — 9:00pm ET/PT on BBC America. Tormented by Robin, the Sheriff sleepwalks into Sherwood Forest on the day that Prince John’s messenger, Jasper, arrives to check all is well in Nottingham. By the time Gisborne raises the alarm, Prince John’s private army is on its way, ready to burn Nottingham at sunset. Drastic action is called for, so while keeping up appearances with Jasper, Gisborne and Marian secretly task Robin with tracking down the Sheriff in the forest. Meanwhile, the Sheriff is getting to grips with nature and embarks on a journey of rediscovery. When he comes across some scheming beggars intent on fleecing Robin, he realizes he can get his hands on the Pact at last. Little John is fooled by the Sheriff’s blind, poor-man disguise and allows the enemy into the heart of the camp. As sunset and oblivion draw closer, and Prince John’s army looms on the horizon, Gisborne risks his life standing by Marian as they fight together to save the people of Nottingham. 48 Hours Mystery: “Murder on Lockhart Road” — 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS. The 2000 murders of former Indiana state trooper David Camm’s wife Kim and two children, Jill and Brad, are investigated.
Law & Order: “Burn Card” — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — A part-time referee is found murdered, and Detectives Ed Green (Martin) and Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) investigate the victim’s gambling habits. The detectives are led to notorious hustler, “”Bunny” (guest star Bobby Jones), a familiar face from Detective Green’s past. When “”Bunny” is found dead, Detective Lupo is called to the scene and discovers his partner, Detective Green, is the shooter causing confusion in the department and disbelief in the DA’s office. The case is turned over to internal affairs Detective Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) and Sergeant Gregory Cole (guest star Peter Bradbury), leaving Detective Green to face his dark past and in danger of losing his badge.
The Rundown — 9:00pm ET/PT on FX. A retrieval expert is sent to the Amazon to bring back a mob boss’ wayward son and finds himself in a race for a sacred gold idol against the local population and a slave-driving mine operator. Koppel: People’s Republic of Capitalism: “It’s the Economy, Stupid” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel. China’s booming economy has to be balanced against the cost to workers safety, corruption and pollution. The economy is winning.
Eli Stone: “Praying for Time” — 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Repeat — Eli is shaken literally — by his latest vision: The “Big One” hitting San Francisco. With Dr. Chen’s help, he realizes that the epicenter of the quake is the neighborhood Eli’s client is trying to evict in order to turn the area into a shopping mall, and realizes too that the only way to save these people is to help his client kick them out of their homes. With the stakes this high, Eli is willing to do whatever it takes — including bribing a judge.

Repeat — When the leader of a war-torn nation’s Democracy Movement is exiled to the United States, she is immediately targeted by assassins. An egotistical and womanizing advertising agency executive experiences a frightening electrical mishap that enables him to hear what women are really thinking and he uses this rare gift to his own sleazy advantage by sabotaging his female boss.
