American Gladiators: “Episode 116″ — 8:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Four new contenders burst into Gladiator Arena as the race towards the semi-finals heats up. On the womens side, 20-year-old college student Annie Castellano from Stoneham, Massachusetts takes on 52-year-old investment team manager Yoko Ohigashi from Brea, California. For the men, dolphin trainer Alejandro Soto from El, Cajon, California battles camp media director Tim Oliphant from Branson, Missouri.

Good Eats with Alton Brown: “Tuna Surprise” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. An animated icon visits host Alton Brown and challenges him to raise the bar on canned tuna beyond the usual casserole or tuna salad sandwich.

The Bachlorette: “Episode 408″ — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Season Finale — Romantic adventures await DeAnna and the final three men Jason, Jeremy and Jesse — as they travel to the tropical paradise of Grand Bahama Island for the intimate overnight dates. After shockingly sending frontrunner Graham home despite her strong feelings for him, DeAnna is unsure about how this journey will end. The dates are not only filled with amazing sand and surf adventures, but also excitement and passion, as DeAnna continues to explore what her future would be like with each of these potential mates. At the end of each evening, the Bachelorette will present the bachelor with an invitation to spend the night in a “fantasy suite,” with the hope that he will accept. But will he? It’s a wild, romantic ride with each of the men — until DeAnna has to make a heart-wrenching decision to eliminate one of them.

The Big Bang Theory: “The Pancake Batter Anomaly” — 8:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — When Sheldon gets sick, Leonard and the boys know what’s in store and avoid him like the plague, leaving an unsuspecting Penny to nurse the world’s worst patient back to health.

Bones: “Intern in the Incinerator” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — The charred remains of a young Jeffersonian intern, the daughter of a highly respected former Jeffersonian scientist, are found in the building’s incinerator. With the case hitting so close to home, the team has no choice but to suspect their own colleagues and question everyone from the upper echelons of the Jeffersonian scientists to the victim’s fellow interns. When they learn that the intern had been working on artifact authentication for the Widow’s Son serial killer case, they begin to wonder if her involvement could have put her life in danger. But when they discover a romantic link between the intern and a Jeffersonian employee, the motives behind her murder become even more complicated. Meanwhile, Booth agrees to pose as Cam’s boyfriend and accompanies her on a family get-together, eliciting more attention than he bargained for from Cam’s sister.

Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. Mystery Inc. tangles with a masked maniac who’s reanimating their most menacing monster foes from the past. Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini.

S.W.A.T. — 8:00pm ET/PT on FX. An imprisoned drug kingpin offers a $100 million reward to anyone that can break him out of police custody and only the S.W.A.T. team can prevent it. Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Farrell, Jeremy Renner, Michelle Rodriguez, and LL Cool J.

Alexander — 8:00pm ET/PT on AMC. Director Oliver Stone’s earnest but plodding biography of 4th-century B.C. warrior Alexander the Great, delving into the Macedonian ruler’s military conquests and complex relationships with his mother, wife and long-time friend. Colin Farrell, Jared Leto, Angelina Jolie, Val Kilmer, Anthony Hopkins, and Rosario Dawson.

Unwrapped with Marc Summers: “Crunchy Stuff” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Check out an ice cream bar with a crispy coating, a popcorn with a candy cover, and a potato chip with extra crunchability. Then find out about brittle, and learn what makes Chee-tos so snappy. Plus, visit Diamond Nuts to get a crack at walnuts.

How I Met Your Mother: “Bachelor Party” — 8:30pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — After Barney ruins Marshall’s bachelor party plans, Lily reveals a shocking secret about Barney that causes Marshall to rethink who his best man should be.

Nashville Star: “Episode 605″ — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC.

Unwrapped with Marc Summers: “Chip Addiction” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Join us for a snack attack as Marc Summers bites into Sunchips, pickle chips and chocolate-covered potato chips.

House: “Whatever It Takes” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — House is recruited by the CIA to help diagnose a deathly ill agent with an unknown illness. The agent’s medical case is being spearheaded by Dr. Samira Terzi (guest star Michael Michele), who offers up very little information about the agent’s history or previous assignments. With limited information to go on, House uses some unorthodox methods to try to crack the code and determine a diagnosis in time to save his mystery patient’s life. Meanwhile, Foreman faces resistance from the remaining six fellowship candidates when they question his judgment and argue over the diagnosis of a female drag car racer who passed out after a race.

Two and a Half Men: “Tight’s Good” — 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — Charlie tries to resist his attraction to his soon-to-be step sister.

Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi — 9:00pm ET/PT on SpikeTV. In the epic conclusion of the Saga, the Empire prepares to crush the Rebellion with a more powerful Death Star while the Rebel fleet mounts a massive attack on the space station. Luke Skywalker confronts his father Darth Vader in a final climactic duel before the evil Emperor. In the last second, Vader makes a momentous choice: he destroys the Emperor and saves his son. The Empire is finally defeated, the Sith are destroyed, and Anakin Skywalker is thus redeemed. At long last, freedom is restored to the galaxy. Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Billy Dee Williams, and Anthony Daniels.

Training Day — 9:00pm ET/PT on Bravo. A rookie police officer finds that he is in a moral dilemma because of the methods his training officer uses to rid the streets of drug dealers. Denzel Washington, Ethan Hawke, Scott Glenn, Cliff Curtis, and Dr. Dre.

The Big Bang Theory: “The Peanut Reaction” — 9:30pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — When Penny learns that Leonard doesn’t celebrate birthdays, she attempts to throw him a surprise party, but is sidetracked by Sheldon who unexpectedly gets to live out one of his greatest fantasies at an electronics store.

How’d That Get On My Plate?: “Honey” — 9:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Sunny Anderson visits Hawaii to help bee keepers with their honey harvest. She then learns how honey is used to make roasted peanuts in Henderson, N.C, Honey bbq sauce in Atlanta and cream soda in Glendale, Wis.

Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal: “Night Terrors” — 10:00pm ET/PT on A&E. ReAnna is an 8-year-old girl who is visited by numerous spirits, including that of her grandmother, the late jazz singer Nina Simone. More troubling, ReAnna also sees the entity of a young girl who she thinks died in an auto accident in front of her home. ReAnna’s so frightened that she cannot sleep through the night. Chip and Lisa introduce her to two other children, 8-year-old Caleb, who is experiencing past life flashes, and 9-year-old Kali, who feels physically ill from the spirits she encounters. The families travel to an old ranch in Arizona where Chip and Lisa strive to help the kids confront their fears.

Weeds: “The Three Coolers” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Showtime. After Bubbie’s death, the entire Botwin family sits shiva (the Jewish period of mourning) for seven days. After shiva, Nancy is sent on a mission and takes Andy along with her. Now that shiva is over and Bubbie is gone, Lenny decides to sell the house. Meanwhile, Celia continues her flirtation with Captain Till, and Doug finds refuge with the Botwins.

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: “Laos” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Travel Channel. Season Premiere — Tony Bourdain finds himself in Laos, a land with picturesque landscapes and mountains, exotic cuisines, and a mysterious history. One of the less-popular Asian countries among tourists, Tony is ready to discover what it is that makes Laos so unique.

The Middleman: “The Manicoid Teleportation Conundrum” — 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. The Middleman and Wendy are called to look into the strange disappearance of a rich socialite during a fateful shopping trip. As their trail leads them through the world of plastic surgery addiction, they realize that they are dealing with a group of exiled aliens who are being hunted by an unknown entity. But who would hunt down a peaceful species of aliens whose only affliction is the appearance of too much facial work? Meanwhile, Wendy is upset to find out that Ben has posted their break-up video online and tries to avoid Lacey who is channeling her inner therapist.

Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest Criminals — 10:00pm ET/PT on TruTV. Footage of alleged criminals doing foolish things during commissions of crimes, with comments from journalists and law-enforcement personnel.

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives: “All Kinds of BBQ” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Guy Fieri takes a Southern swing to check out different varieties of BBQ including a Mississippi barbecue “dive” where the locals like it sweet, a New Orleans, a little place doing North Carolina style pulled pork and outside San Antonio, Tx., visits a sprawling barbecue complex.

CSI Miami: “Burned” — 10:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — While Horatio investigates a case of revenge on a scorned ex-lover, a CSI’s personal problems taint the investigation and Horatio is forced to fire a member of his team.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl: “Episode 4″ — 10:30pm ET/PT on Showtime. Ben confesses to Belle that he has proposed to his girlfriend, Vanessa. Belle’s hurt; he’s been keeping the engagement from her for weeks. When a good client, who happens to be her accountant, tells her he’d like to try S&M, she hires a professional dominatrix to show her the ropes - literally. Finally, Ben and Belle meet up to discuss the growing tension between them. Ben doesn’t know why he should tell her everything when she clearly tells him nothing. Belle begins to doubt the closeness of their friendship and struggles with the idea of entrusting Ben with her secret.

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives: “Real Deal Fast Food” — 10:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Guy Fieri tracks down some great places that prove fast food can also be great food. In Fairhope, Ala., pressed panini sandwiches, filled with everything homemade; in Austin, Tx., homemade tacos done every which way; and in Gilbert, Az., a fast food joint right on the farm.
