Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets — 5:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. In the second entry in the series, the boy wizard (Daniel Radcliffe) investigates when some Hogwarts students turn to stone. Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back — 6:00pm ET/PT on SpikeTV. Three years after the destruction of the Death Star, Imperial forces continue to pursue the Rebels. After the Rebellion’s defeat on the ice planet Hoth, Luke journeys to the planet Dagobah to train with Jedi Master Yoda, who has lived in hiding since the fall of the Republic. In an attempt to convert Luke to the dark side, Darth Vader lures young Skywalker into a trap in the Cloud City of Bespin. In the midst of a fierce lightsaber duel with the Sith Lord, Luke faces the startling revelation that the evil Vader is in fact his father, Anakin Skywalker. The Punisher — 7:30pm ET/PT on FX. A corrupt businessman, believing a retired government agent is responsible for his son’s death, orders the murder of the man’s entire family; when the man recovers, he turns his back on the law to take brutal revenge on those responsible. Deputies in Palm Beach County, FL spot a vehicle without the proper tags in a known drug-trafficking area and the situation goes from bad to worse for the suspect. An officer with the Portland, OR, Police Bureau makes a traffic stop on a vehicle without the proper tags and license plates. When a deputy in the Palm Beach County, FL, Sheriff’s Office spots the passenger of a moving vehicle rolling a joint, things get sticky.

Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. After moving with her mother and sisters from New York City to the suburbs of New Jersey, a trendy teen faces new competition for popularity as well as the lead in the school play while she also pursues a rock star that she idolizes. Any Given Sunday — 8:00pm ET/PT on CMT. Distracting camera gimmicks aside, there’s plenty of action and drama in Oliver Stone’s realistic look at a pro football team guided by an old-school head coach (Al Pacino). Jamie Foxx plays the backup quarterback, who clashes with the coach when the first-stringer (Dennis Quaid) gets hurt. Former NFL greats Jim Brown and Lawrence Taylor costar. Cops: “Police Pullovers Special Edition #3 (CP-2004)” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — When Sergeant Jason Hapner of the Indio, CA, Police Department spots a vehicle listed on the hot sheet as stolen, the driver attempts to evade the sergeant in the vehicle as well as on foot. Also featured is Officer Justin Gauker of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department who notices a vehicle stopped in an alley with passengers and no license plate and finds more than just mischief.
America’s Most Wanted: “Episode 2137″ — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. This crime-fighting program focuses on capturing fugitives, protecting victims and empowering citizens within the criminal justice system. The series also takes an in-depth look at laws that harm victims, champions the cause of lawmakers fighting to protect victims’ rights and presents news of recent captures, convictions and missing children cases.
Holmes on Homes: “Country Kitchen” — 9:00pm ET/PT on TLC. Woody and Nancie updated a 25-year-old townhouse but contractors finished the job with an error so Mike and his team fix it with help from a Country singer.
48 Hours Mystery: “No Way Out” — 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS.
Law & Order: “Executioner” — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — Dr. Mark Burns (guest star Alan Zweibel) is found murdered in his hotel room while attending a out-of-town convention. Detectives Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) learn that Dr. Burns’ made a large withdrawal from his bank account moments before he was murdered. Evidence rules out the con artists who scammed Burns as suspects, but a hotel surveillance tape shows a man with a southern accent vehemently knocking on the door looking for a different physician, Dr. Garrison (guest star James Rebhorn). This finding leads the detectives to believe Dr. Garrison may have been the intended target and his life is still at risk.
Rambo: First Blood — 9:00pm ET/PT on SpikeTV. Sylvester Stallone is a former Green Beret waging a one-man war against police and the National Guard in the Pacific Northwest. Sylvester Stallone, Richard Crenna, Brian Dennehy, David Caruso, and Jack Starrett.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban — 9:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. The wizard discovers that an escaped convict who knew his parents is coming to confront him. The dark, character-driven film is the third in the series based on J.K. Rowling’s books. Michael Gambon takes over the role of Prof. Dumbledore. Bad News Bears — 9:40pm ET/PT on TBS. An alcoholic pest control technician coaches a group of 12-year-olds to play little league baseball in a professional manner before their team is disbanded. Billy Bob Thornton, Greg Kinnear, Marcia Gay Harden, Sammi Kane Kraft, and Ridge Canipe.
Eli Stone: “Heal and Pain” — 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC. Repeat — Eli adjusts to his new position at the law firm without an office, a secretary or the ability to try cases himself — all in the same week that he’s being chased by a fire-breathing dragon. The dragon fly-bys prompt him to take the case of a 15-year-old boy whose mother was killed by the medical malpractice of a DR. AGON. Unfortunately, Agon used to work at the same hospital where Eli’s brother, Nathan, is employed — the hospital that Eli must sue. Making matters even worse is the fact that Jordan assigns Maggie as lead counsel and Eli has to follow her instructions. The roll-reversal, ironically, brings them closer together — a fact not lost on Taylor, who tries to reconcile with Eli through a surprisingly live performance by none other than… special guest star George Michael.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent: “Betrayed” — 10:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Repeat — A cheating couple run off together, and disappear into thin air leaving the jilted older wife, who used to date Captain Ross, to try and pick up the pieces. Soon, the deserted wife becomes a suspect.
48 Hours Mystery: “Murder in the Fast Lane” — 10:00pm ET/PT on CBS.
Constantine — 10:30pm ET/PT on FX. A paranormal investigator who has experienced Hell as a reality helps a policewoman find the reason behind her sister’s perplexing suicide. Keanu Reeves, Rachel Weisz, Shia LaBeouf, Tilda Swinton, and Pruitt Taylor Vince.
