American Gladiators: “Episode 113″ — 8:00pm ET/PT on NBC. Twin sisters Clinessa Burch of Los Osos, California and Lillian Thomassen of San Louis Obispo, California go head to head on this weeks exciting episode of American Gladiators. For the first time in their lives these two inseparable siblings will compete against each other, instead of on the same team. On the mens side choreographer Mike Gamble of Hartford Connecticut goes up against Denver, Colorado emergency room doctor Adam Hill.

The Bachlorette: “DeAnna Tells All” — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC. DeAnna Pappas will give viewers a rare inside look at all the dates and excitement surrounding the first half of the season of “The Bachelorette,” as she shares the highs and lows of looking for the man of her dreams. She will reveal her personal thoughts about the most dramatic moments so far: Why did she send Richard home? What happened on the dramatic two-on-one elimination date? And what was really behind the shocking confrontation at the outhouse? DeAnna also will offer her insights on discovering what the men were doing in her absence, in the new one-hour special.

The Middleman: “The Pilot Episode Sanction” — 8:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family. Series Premiere — Wendy Watson (Morales) is a 22 year-old art school graduate struggling to stay afloat at a series of dead-end temp jobs. Living with her best friend Lacey (Morgan) in an illegal sublet, she bounces from one temp job to another while putting off her mother’s daily inquiries to what she is going to do with her life. Wendy’s situation takes a drastic turn during a routine temp assignment at a local laboratory, when she is thrown into the middle of a science experiment gone very wrong. If that weren’t bizarre enough, who should show up to save the day, but a mysterious, handsome, gun-wielding stranger who introduces himself only asThe Middleman (Keeslar). A covert hero who neutralizes any and all danger humanity isn’t prepared to face, the milk-drinking, ruggedly wholesome Middleman is in need of a new colleague in the fight against otherworldly evil and thinks Wendy fits the bill. After a series of tests that would make grown astronauts weep and Navy Seals beg for mercy, Wendy is quickly recruited into the Middleman ranks. Now fighting comic book-esque criminals under the guidance of her new boss, Wendy tries to wrap her head around the new and definitely weird situation. But the Middleman is sure she can do the job, even though his cranky robot assistant Ida (Gleason) questions his choice every step of the way. Soon Wendy learns that there will always be another unfathomable peril to contain and focusing on her painting will be easier said than done. Now living a double life, can Wendy balance an undercover Middleman mission with “normal” life in her offbeat circle of artist friends?

The Big Bang Theory: “The Grasshopper Experiment” — 8:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat Koothrappali is overwhelmed after his parents arrange a blind date, but he discovers he actually can talk to the opposite sex after a few drinks; however, complications set in when his beautiful date is more interested in Sheldon.

Bones: “Soccer Mom in the Mini-Van” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat When a soccer mom gets blown up in her minivan, Brennan and Booth are on the case to figure out who would want to murder a seemingly innocent and inconspicuous suburbanite. Upon investigation, the team discovers that the mother, June, had been a member of the National Liberation Army, a group of young radicals from the 1970s, and that the FBI had been looking for her for nearly thirty years. When the team learns that June may have been on the verge of turning herself in for a violent crime she was involved in while part of the NLA, the motives for her murder become even more complicated. Meanwhile, Brennan visits her father (guest star Ryan O’Neal) in prison and questions his reasons for wanting to see her, and Booth lends his advice on the situation. Back at the lab, Hodgins is rendered speechless by a particularly beautiful FBI bomb expert working on the case.

Good Eats with Alton Brown: “The Art of Darkness III” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — What could possibly be more chocolaty than chocolate? Join host Alton Brown as for his third journey into the world of chocolate… a journey that leads from a simple frosting to the heart of truffles and eventually to home made fudgesicles.

Are We There Yet? — 8:00pm ET/PT on FX.

Heavyweights: “Big Chocolate” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Few foods make people weak in the knees the way chocolate can. Capitalizing on the addictive cocoa confectionary has been huge business for two companies who have been neck-and-neck for supremacy for almost a century – Mars and Hershey’s. Whether it was forming entire towns dedicated to chocolate production or becoming the snack of choice for a popular extra terrestrial, these bars, bites, duds, kisses, pieces and patties continue to be irresistible…and very lucrative.

How I Met Your Mother: “Lucky Penny” — 8:30pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — After a complex string of unfortunate events impact Ted and the gang - from Marshall’s injured toe keeping him out of the marathon, to Barney running in his place and the resulting aftermath - Ted concludes that the stray coin changed more than just his luck and that it was his destiny to pick up that penny.

Dirty Jobs: “Brown Before Green” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Discovery Channel. Mike looks back on several of the Dirty Jobs that help to clean up the environment. From geothermal drilling, to wood and tire salvage, to building cobb homes one thing seemed constant: In order to be green, you usually have to get brown first.

Nashville Star: “Episode 602″ — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC.

Unwrapped with Marc Summers: “Cozy Cuisine” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Today Marc Summers is unwrapping cozy cuisine with visits to Campbell’s soup, the Boston Chowda Company, the American Pie Bakery, Manischewitz for matzo ball soup, macaroni and cheese at Amy’s Kitchen and Thee’s Continental Pastries.

House: “97 Seconds” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — The final 10 fellowship candidates compete ferociously when House splits them into two teams by gender. They are assigned to diagnose and treat a wheelchair-bound man with muscular atrophy who is slowly suffocating. As the two teams are trying to one-up each other, complications arise when one team treats the patient but doesn’t follow through to make sure their treatment was executed. While the students are busy with their assignment, House experiments on himself to see what happens in the moments when people hover between life and death. Meanwhile, Foreman runs his own team of fellows in his new job at another hospital, and resorts to using a very House-like treatment to help a patient.

Two and a Half Men: “Help Daddy Find His Toenail” — 9:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — Charlie’s girlfriend is embarrassed to be seen with him in public. Meanwhile, Jake sneaks out to a concert despite Alan’s forbiddance.

Rambo: First Blood — 9:00pm ET/PT on SpikeTV.

Rules of Engagement: “Audrey’s Sister” — 9:30pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — When Russell finds out that Audrey’s sister, Barbara, is having problems in her marriage, he takes her out - which infuriates Audrey, who is convinced he will use a sleazy trick to try and get her sister to sleep with him.

Unwrapped with Marc Summers: “Comfort Foods” — 9:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Find out how Grandma is bringing chicken soup to the 21st century and right to your door. Then take a look at how Edible Arrangements creates a beautiful bouquet that’s entirely edible and learn how to make the best Butterball of them all from the experts at Butterball U.

The Mole: “Episode 503″ — 10:00pm ET/PT on ABC. The players roam through the streets of Santiago in their underwear, begging for clothes — for Ali, Kristen and Victoria, their highlight was getting marriage proposals from whistling workers. And — big surprise — Paul picks a fight at the dinner table.

Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal: “The Ghost of Freddie” — 10:00pm ET/PT on A&E. Series Premiere — Chip and Lisa meet Faith, an eight-year-old girl who is seeing the ghost of a young boy named Freddie. Faith is scared to talk about what she sees with anyone outside of her family, and her parents are extremely concerned. Chip and Lisa introduce her to Jillian and Ahli, two psychic girls of the same age who also see spirits. The girls find validation in their work with Chip, and Faith’s family discovers some history about the ghost of Freddie that will forever change the way they view her abilities.

Weeds

Weeds: “The Birds Are After Her” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Showtime. Season Premiere — With the embers of Majestic and Agrestic smoldering in their rearview mirror, Nancy and family flee southbound to the border town of Ren Mar, California. Meanwhile, the DEA interrogates Doug, Dean and Isabelle, who all pin the entire grow operation on Ceila. Back in Ren Mar, Andy confronts his father and new landlord Lenny.

CSI Miami: “Bloodline” — 10:00pm ET/PT on CBS. Repeat — Horatio suspects that the County Supervisor and the owners of a nearby casino may be involved when a murder victim is found scalped.

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives: “Comfort Food” — 10:00pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Guy Fieri uncovers some of America’s greatest comfort food including a Baltimore cafe with a variety of French Toast, a third-generation family place in San Antonio with comfort food Texas style, a bakery-turned-restaurant in south Florida and a Huntington, W.V. cafe with home made cornbread.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl: “Episode 1″ — 10:30pm ET/PT on Showtime. Series Premiere — Belle introduces us to her world as a high-class escort living in London. While she enjoys her profession, it’s top secret from everyone in her personal life - even best friend Ben thinks she’s a night time legal secretary. Belle explains there are several rules to follow if you want to succeed in this business, but number one is to keep the two identities - Belle and Hannah - completely separate.

Diners, Drive-ins and Dives: “A World of Flavors” — 10:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. Repeat — Guy Fieri tracks down great tastes from all over the world including a Phoenix mom-and-pop joint with a mix of Mexican, Chinese and Caribbean food; a classic diner outside Atlanta with a menu full of homemade Greek specialties; and a tiny Kansas City place with the globe-trotting chef who brings back recipes from from Asia to Central America.
