The Simpsons: “Papa Don’t Leech” — 8:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — When Mayor Quimby realizes the city of Springfield has gone broke, Homer suggests they feign a natural disaster in order to obtain relief funds from the federal government. When the plan goes awry, Lisa goes through the town’s financial records only to discover millions in uncollected city taxes. Springfield hits up its most notorious tax evaders, and Lurleen Lumpkin, a country music star Homer once managed, remains the last outstanding debtor. As Springfieldians scour the city to find her, Marge reluctantly permits the fugitive to stay with the family, creating a very interesting dynamic in the Simpson household.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly — 8:00pm ET/PT on AMC.
King of the Hill: “Lady and Gentrification” — 8:30pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — Enrique encourages his daughter, Inez, to ask Hank to speak at her Quinceaera and Hank reluctantly agrees to her request. He starts spending time with Inez so he has something to write about in his speech. Hank begs Peggy to accompany him on his first visit, so Peggy meets Hank at Enrique’s with a real-estate client waiting in the car, a 30-year-old hipster who hasn’t been satisfied with any of the homes he’s been shown. The hipster becomes enchanted with Enrique’s Mexican neighborhood, and Peggy closes a deal with him. But when a slew of hipsters follow and buy up homes in the neighborhood, the fruit stands and Goodwill clothing stores are soon replaced by trendy salons and art galleries. At the Quinceaera, Enrique publicly blames Peggy for the gentrification of his neighborhood and explains that the rent on his home has skyrocketed such that they will have to move. Feeling horrible, Peggy tricks the hipsters into believing that the simpler, down-home folks of Arlen (like Dale and Boomhauer) are moving into the neighborhood and the hipsters soon move out. Enrique’s neighborhood is restored to its former glory and Enrique is able to buy his home.
Ice Road Truckers: “Mechanical Mayhem” — 9:00pm ET/PT on History Channel. After just two days in the Arctic, the critical demands of the oil exploration sites are testing the limits of the truckers and their machines. Both the veterans and rookies are delayed in the shop by mechanical failures, which threaten to halt operations at the Mallik Research site and the Wurmlinger barge. In a last ditch attempt to meet their deadlines, Hugh must resuscitate a truck that has been dormant in the Arctic cold for 4 years. Rick has a mishap that causes irreparable damage to his truck, while Alex witnesses the aftermath of an ice road accident. And Drew, who quit his job before even seeing the Ice Road, looks for a new employer and settles for what might be the least demanding truck-related job in town.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent: “Contract” — 9:00pm ET/PT on USA Network. Detective Wheeler returns to the Major Case Squad just in time for a celebrity sex scandal that leaves a notorious gossip columnist dead.
Saturday Night Live: The Best of Mike Myers — 9:00pm ET/PT on NBC. The late night comedy franchise highlights one of its most distinguished alums; Myers taped all-new material in front of a live audience with members of the current SNL cast (Fred Armisen, Seth Meyers, Amy Poehler, Andy Samberg, Kenan Thompson and Kristen Wiig) as well as showcasing some of his classic characters including Wayne Campbell of “Wayne’s World,” “Coffee Talk” host Linda Richman and “Sprockets” star Dieter among countless others.

Family Guy: “Long John Peter” — 9:00pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — Yo ho ho! It’s a pirate’s life for Peter when he gets a pet parrot. But after raising hell in Quahog and terrorizing the neighbors, Peter accidentally kills his beloved pet. Meanwhile, Chris goes with Brian to the vet and falls for the lovely intern Anna (guest voice Amanda Bynes).
Dawn of the Dead — 9:00pm ET/PT on Sci-Fi Channel.

American Dad: “When a Stan Loves a Woman” — 9:30pm ET/PT on Fox. Repeat — When Stan discovers that Francine has a secret sex garden, he feels like their marriage might be on shaky ground. Hoping to rekindle the romance, Francine insists on a divorce so that Stan can experience life as a bachelor again, and both learn a valuable lesson in love. Meanwhile, Steve becomes addicted to an energy drink and finds himself panhandling in the streets to support his habit.

Surviving History: “Episode 1″ — 10:00pm ET/PT on History Channel. Master craftsmen from The Scarefactory in Columbus, Ohio survey the past to experience the most inventive devices and technologies ever created. In the series premiere, the Scarefactory’s trek through history guides them to the world of the Middle ages where they explore the mythology of the Iron Maiden. Kermit brings his fabricating ingenuity to a lesser known device, the Iron Boot, while Josh breaks away from the group to investigate Anicent China’s early use of gunpowder with Rocket-propelled Fire Arrows.
