Following the series premiere, we picked up right where we left off. Walter and Jesse had two bodies to dispose of. But it turns out that Crazy-8 didn’t die from the poison gas. He’s barely hanging on, but he’d definitely alive.

Further complicating their plans is Walter’s wife, who has been becoming more and more concerned with his peculiar behavior. When your husband doesn’t come home until two in the morning (and not from the bar), it would make anyone suspicious. After poking around, she learned that her husband had something to do with a drug dealer.

I thought he may confess everything, but he instead lied. Walter claimed Jesse sold him some pot. Upset by this, she confronts Jesse just as he is moving Emilio’s body. Now that was fun to watch. He was luckily (and cautiously) about to avoid her from seeing the body.

There was some debate as to how to deal with the situation. Walter agreed to kill Crazy-8, while Jesse agrees to dissolve Emilio’s body in acid. This is where Jesse’s lack of understanding of chemical reactions becomes a problem. Instead of using plastic containers as Walt suggested, he just decided to use his own bathtub.

What resulted was both hilarious and sick. The meat soup that fell through the ceiling was quite a sight. I haven’t a clue how they’re going to dispose of the body now. And what about Crazy-8. Walter seems to be postponing his death. It’s because he can’t deal with it, but I’m wondering if he’s going to try and bargain with Crazy-8… maybe he’ll keep him alive if he agrees to help he and Jesse sell the meth. I would prefer this outcome, as poor Walt has enough problems on his hands. If Walt is suddenly out of the meth business, I’m not sure how long this series is going to be on the air. This was a big part of the plot in the series in my estimation.
