The show opens with a teaser of content from the show, which involves everything from Fitzgerald to Alito.

Stephen started off by talking about Law & Order: Criminal Intent. He seemed to really enjoy the episode on last night.

Stephen then transitioned into a fake interview with Patrick Fitzgerald.

After the interview, Stephen transitioned into “The Word”, which was “Alito”. Stephen felt Alito was a good choice, but there was some brand-extension there to be had, since he’s known as “Scalito”, or little Scalia (Fun-Size). Stephen also said that there would have only been one person better for the job, Peter Fitzgerald, since everyone seems to have tremendous respect for him.

Back from commercial, Stephen welcomed tonight’s guest, Monica Crowley. Their discussion centered on President Bush and President Reagan.

Back from commercial, Stephen welcomed another “Stephen Settles The Debate”. Which is better Ramaddan or Halloween? Halloween got the nod after Stephen felt the Halloween’s snacks were far better than a bowl full of nothing.

To end the show, Stephen wants people to remember one death, “Rocktober”.

Overall, not too bad of an episode. My favorite segment for the night was the interview with Monica Crowley, who seemed to have a fun time there.
